Ovariectomized mouse oviducts treated with vehicle or 17beta-estradiol (E2) for 2h or 24h
Adult female mice were ovairectomized and treated with vehicle, E2 for 2 h or 24h. Oviducts were dissected into Infundibulum+Ampulla and Isthmus+Uterotubal junction regions. Cells were isolated and used for single cell RNA-seq analysis through 10x Genomic Platforms.
